“Marine Scene came on board for the Billabong Pro in Jeffreys Bay in 2011 for the first time. The primary purpose of Marine Scene’s involvement was to provide a secure, elevated platform for the cameramen filming for the events worldwide broadcast. The secondary purpose was to provide a platform for still photographers that formed a part of the media contingent for the event. Grant and his crew did a phenomenal job in managing this process; from their professional approach through to their positioning in the line-up to ensure the best shots were secured.
